The treatment concept is suitable for people with and without urgent complaints. A strong preventive effect is a basic principle of my concept.

Every disease begins with the loss of health. Promoting health is therefore the best prevention.

The treatment lasts from one to three hours, depending on your appointment. 

To ensure the best and most harmonious treatment, you should arrive as fresh as possible and not in a hurry. Please note that most treatment techniques require skin contact whenever possible.

We begin by discussing your wishes and goals, followed by a brief assessment of your posture and major areas of tension to ensure a calm and relaxing treatment. 

On this basis, you will be introduced to the procedure and details of the treatment. The treatment can of course be adapted to your individual requirements, needs and wishes.

The treatment is performed in a quiet and relaxing environment with as few position changes as possible.

Usually, the treatment begins with the patient in a relaxed supine position. First, general osteopathic treatment (GOT) and harmonic techniques are used. Any localized tension is then treated with parietal and visceral osteopathic techniques.

The focus is then on deep relaxation of the body and mind. Various massage techniques and craniosacral osteopathy are used. If necessary, this second phase is supplemented with heat applications and soft music.
